Lydia's excitement inspired us to buy a cupcake cookbook and try a couple of recipes. Daniel and I made the kittycat ones, and Lydia and I made the corn ones in FL. We didn't really know what we were doing, but we had so much fun! They were yummy, but I think Noah and Mark enjoyed eating them the most!

The "corn" cakes were delicious, but the kitty ones look really cool (I'm sure they were good too.)

Kris - I'm sorry I'm just now seeing your post.. The book is called "Hello, Cupcake!" It has lots and lots of neat ideas for cupcake designs, and most of them don't seem too hard! Maybe I'll be able to get up the nerve to make some for Noah's class next year...?
